The Redtie Phone app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Make and take calls on your Redtie number, read call summaries and manage your lines.
Redtie Phone is now on the App Store. If you have an iPhone or an iPad, you can download the app and sign in with the account you already use.
It’s the same number and the same account you have on the web, Mac, Windows and Android. Your calls, contacts and settings are there as soon as you sign in, and a change you make on one device shows up on the others.
What you can do in the app
- Make calls from your Redtie number. Call any US number. The person you call sees your Redtie number, not your personal one.
- Answer calls to your Redtie number. Incoming calls ring on your iPhone like any other call.
- See what happened on every call. Activity lists every finished call across your lines. Open one for the assistant’s summary, the transcript, and the recording if the call was recorded.
- Keep your contacts in one place. Search your contacts, add new ones, and call someone straight from the list.
- Set up the assistant for each line. Choose when it answers (always, or only when you don’t pick up), change the greeting and the voice, and have it greet the people in your contacts by name.
- Choose which calls are recorded. Turn recording on or off for each line.
- Block a number. Block a caller from a call’s details. Blocked callers never ring you or reach the assistant, and you can unblock them at any time.
