The ad says “call now”. The assistant picks up.
Give each campaign its own US phone number. The AI assistant answers in the brand’s name, follows the instructions you write for that campaign, and gives you a summary and transcript of each call.
In the Redtie desktop app on Mac or Windows, you can follow the live transcription of a call the assistant is answering, and take the call over any time.
Asking people to call only works if someone picks up. Here’s what callers get instead of a busy signal or a full voicemail box.
Call nowAn ad, mailer or radio spot asks people to call.
The assistant answers in the brand’s name, tells callers about the offer as you described it, and takes their name and what they’re interested in.
PromotionsA giveaway or promotion asks callers to take part.
The assistant explains this week’s promotion, and takes each caller’s answer and name. You write the script in plain English.
Quick surveyYou want one or two answers from each caller.
The assistant asks your questions in a natural conversation, and the answers come back in each call’s summary, with the full transcript.
After hoursThe campaign runs on a Saturday night.
Set the line so the assistant answers calls at any hour. The summaries are waiting in the morning.
Each line has its own greeting, voice and instructions, in plain English. Name the brand, describe the offer, say which questions to ask and which not to. For example, the assistant doesn’t need to ask for a phone number, because the number a caller dials from is saved with the call, unless they hide it.
Callers hear the brand you name in the greeting, not Redtie. The default greeting says it’s an AI assistant; keep that in your own greeting. The assistant is told never to claim to be a person, and not to invent details or make promises beyond what your instructions say. Change the instructions when the campaign changes, and the next call uses them.
Redtie fits agencies that run campaigns for their clients. You set up a line for each client campaign in your agency’s account, write the script in the client’s name, and get the summaries. The client’s customers hear the client’s brand.
It isn’t white label. There’s no reseller program, no client sub-accounts and no rebranded app: you sign in to your agency’s Redtie account, and the summaries come from Redtie.
Real US numbers in the area codes you choose, up to five lines on one account, each with its own greeting, voice and instructions.
Give each ad or placement its own line. Every call is listed under the line it came in on, with the number it came from.
Every call the assistant answers is in Activity with its summary and transcript. You also get an email, or a text if you opt in, with a link to it. Spam calls are screened out.
Every call, or only when you don’t pick up, set line by line.
Follow the conversation live in the desktop app (Mac or Windows) and take the call over from the assistant.
$25 a month per line. No per-minute charges for normal use.
When a caller wants to book, the AI assistant adds the request to your Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendar as a tentative event. You keep it or decline it.
Using Apple Calendar? The call summary has an “Add to calendar” button. One tap and the appointment is in.
Contacts come from Microsoft 365 and your phone’s address book. When someone in them calls, the AI assistant greets them by name.
It’s built for calls coming in. The assistant doesn’t call anyone back or text your callers; the texts it sends go to you. You can still call people yourself from the Redtie app.
Each call arrives as its own summary and transcript. There’s no spreadsheet export yet, and one account holds up to five lines. The assistant answers up to three calls at once per account and has a daily limit on AI minutes; calls past those limits ring your Redtie app instead, so on a big launch keep someone on the app, and talk to us first. On a busy campaign the email and text notices are also capped per hour, though every call is still in Activity.
It isn’t legal advice, and the assistant doesn’t collect legal consent for you. Promotions, giveaways, follow-up texts and call recording each have their own rules. Check them with your own counsel before the campaign runs.
Try it free for 7 days. Keep it for $25 a month per line.
No. Agencies use Redtie as their own tool to run campaign lines for clients. Callers hear the client’s brand on the call, but there’s no reseller program or rebranded app, and you sign in to your agency’s Redtie account.
No. The assistant greets callers in the name you give it. Say in your greeting that it’s an AI assistant, as the default greeting does; the assistant is told never to claim to be a person.
No. The number a caller dials from is saved with the call, unless they hide it. If you tell the assistant not to ask for a number, it won’t. If a caller offers a different number, the assistant reads it back to check it.
Yes. Write it into the line’s instructions: what to say about it, the questions to ask and what to collect. Each call’s answers come back in its summary and transcript.
Not as a spreadsheet yet. Each call arrives as a summary with a transcript, by email or text, and stays in Activity.
$25 a month per line, after a 7-day free trial, with up to five lines on one account. The AI assistant, summaries and transcripts are included, with no per-minute charge for normal use.
A second number for gig work, consulting or a 1099 side business. The AI assistant answers while you work.
