Serving a line at the stall? The call still gets answered.
Redtie gives your farm or stall a real US phone number with an AI assistant built in. When you’re with customers, out in the field or driving to the next market, the assistant answers, takes a message with a callback number it reads back to check, and sends you a summary right after the call.
You can take over the call any time, or follow its real-time transcription live, in the Redtie app on your computer or phone.
Customers, restaurants, wholesale buyers, CSA members and market managers all call. Here’s what they get when you can’t pick up.
At the stallYou’re serving a line when a restaurant calls about its standing order.
Keep serving. The AI assistant answers, notes what the chef needs and the best number to call back, reads the number back to check, and sends you the summary.
In the fieldIt’s harvest and your hands are full.
Set the line so the assistant answers every call while you work, and read the summaries when you take a break instead of stopping at every ring.
On the roadYou’re driving between markets.
Let it ring. The assistant picks up when you don’t, and the summary is waiting when you stop.
CSA pickupA CSA member asks about this week’s pickup.
The assistant takes the question and their number so you can call back with the answer. If someone asks to visit the farm or set a pickup time, the request goes on your Outlook calendar as a tentative event for you to confirm.
A real US phone number for your market sign, labels and website. Make and take calls from your computer or your phone.
In a male or female voice, your choice. It asks who’s calling and what they need, screens out spam, and takes a message with a callback number it reads back to check.
By text (opt-in), by email, or both: who called, what they need and how to reach them.
Appointment requests go on your Outlook calendar as tentative events, so you confirm them rather than retype them.
Follow the live transcription of a call the assistant answered, and take it over when it’s one you want. In the app on Mac, Windows, Android or the web; iPhone and iPad are in App Store review.
Give out the farm number, not your personal one, or forward your existing number to Redtie. Up to five lines on one account, for example one per farm or brand.
When a caller wants to book, the AI assistant adds the request to your Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendar as a tentative event. You keep it or decline it.
Using Apple Calendar? The call summary has an “Add to calendar” button. One tap and the appointment is in.
Contacts come from Microsoft 365 and your phone’s address book. When someone in them calls, the AI assistant greets them by name.
Part of Redtie for small businesses: An AI receptionist on your business line, for when nobody is free to pick up.
Try it free for 7 days. Keep it for $25 a month per line.
Yes. You can forward your existing number to your Redtie line, so customers keep calling the number they know. Or use the new US number that comes with each line, in the area code you choose, and keep your personal cell private.
The call still gets answered. The assistant runs in the cloud, not on your phone, so it picks up whether or not your phone has signal, as long as the assistant is turned on for that line. The summary is waiting when you’re back in range.
No. Redtie is for phone calls. The texts it sends go to you: a summary of each call the assistant answers, if you opt in to texts.
Every line starts with a 7-day free trial, then one monthly price per line, with no per-minute charge for normal use. See pricing.
Don’t rely on it for that. Redtie may not support 911 or other emergency calls, so keep another phone for emergencies.
A second number for gig work, consulting or a 1099 side business. The AI assistant answers while you work.
